Heather Parady is the host of Unconventional Leaders Podcast, where she shares stories of the unconventional, the person who had the most adversity, who became the greatest. She is also the facilitator of the TRIBE Masterminds and Podcasting Together Masterminds as well as a monthly contributor to Leaders in Heels Magazine.

With a Masters in Counseling, Heather loves the topic of mental health and has always, always rooted for the underdog. Despite being homeschooled her whole life, Heather is extremely extroverted and loves traveling and meeting new people. Her life goal is to be Ellen Degeneres- she just has to learn how to be funny:)
